Since 1985 president and founder of Fitterfirst, Louis Stack, has dedicated his life to improving people's balance and mobility.

Louis' dedication to balance training began when he was just 23 years old. He underwent a double foot surgery that left him unable to walk as his ability to balance was severely affected. This experience taught him the importance of good balance, which is often taken for granted.

Motivated by his own struggle, Louis started Fitterfirst with a mission to help others improve their balance, agility, and mobility through daily practice.
