Professional Balance Boards

Great product. Same as what they have in therapy.

I purchased the 16" balance board (wobble board). I like doing balancing as part of my warm-up exercises. I was using a Bosu Ball, but it was getting too easy, and I felt this was the next step up. I ordered the 16" model, because it is supposedly more difficult than the 20" model. Also, you can increase the height of the pedestal (3 different heights), to make it even more difficult. I feel it's the appropriate level of difficulty for me right now. I was concerned about the hard pedestal making a mark in our laminate flooring, so I put a piece of particle board on our carpet as a base -- works quite well. BTW, I'm 71 years old -- physical therapy got me into doing balance exercises a few years ago, and I like them. BTW, I ordered my product direct from the factory in Canada, and they gave me free shipping.

Very well balance board, rugged and will last for years of use. I really like it and make use of it on a daily basis. The first day on I was a bit sketchy but quickly learned. My balance is rapidly improving. And it is just plain fun to use it.
